Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from stickercamera.com (the "Service") operated by Sticker Camera ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service or make a purchase.

Description of Service

Sticker Camera sells products through our online store on a one-time purchase basis. We are not a subscription service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any product offering, at any time with or without notice.

Eligibility to Use the Site

You are welcome to browse stickercamera.com to view our products and information. The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Eligibility to Make a Purchase

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All purchases through the Service are one-time transactions. When you place an order:

• The price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, is the total amount due at the time of purchase
• Payment is collected in full at checkout; we do not bill on a recurring or subscription basis
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed
• Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, where applicable

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sticker Camera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall Sticker Camera's total liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Sticker Camera in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
